Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order before it is packed by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Because attars and perfumes are personal-care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

If you receive a damaged, leaking or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or refund after checking.

Approved refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will refund by bank or UPI transfer.
